Account Executive | POS & Payments | High-Growth Venue Tech Platform

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + potential share options
Reward structure: high performers move onto share options after a six-month probation, vesting over three years against agreed annual sales targets
Location: London, hybrid (3 days on-site during the 3-month - reducing to a minimum of 1 day a week after)

Our client is a fast-growing payments and POS platform built for major venues and live events: stadiums, festivals, food halls and theatres. It's already processing well over £150 million a year in transaction volume, growing three times year on year, and is on track to reach £1 billion in the next few years, all without ever taking venture funding.

You'll be one of a small number of Account Executives, each owning a defined set of verticals and territories, engaging key decision-makers to shape and close enterprise deals. You'll run the full sales cycle end to end, from building your own pipeline through to a signed order form, then a clean handover to operations. You'll report directly to the CEO.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join

This platform is built specifically for multi-vendor venues, where several businesses trade under one roof and split revenue between them, a problem most standard POS providers can't handle.

Pay reflects that growth ambition. High performers move onto share options after a six-month probation: 50,000 options vesting over three years against agreed annual sales targets. At today's share price that grant is worth around £45,000; if the business hits its growth plans, illustrative modelling puts the same grant at closer to £450,000, though nothing here is guaranteed and it depends on hitting target each year.

This is a new business role with no inherited accounts or easy renewals to lean on, so you'll build the pipeline yourself.
