Mance Communications delivers 360-degree campaign management, combining creative activations, influencer strategies, and strategic collaborations to build impactful, results-driven PR campaigns. Over the past 11 years, the team has supported more than 60 experiential projects, advising on everything from pre-investment and launch to corporate and crisis communications. Their work spans competitive socializing brands and high-profile immersive exhibitions and events, with a strong focus on helping clients grow across cities and global markets.

Role Description

The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in London, supporting the planning and delivery of PR campaigns for lifestyle and immersive experience clients. This position involves day-to-day media relations, drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and managing coverage reports for a range of high-profile accounts. The Account Executive will help organize and support campaign activations and events, liaise with influencers and partners, and assist in maintaining client relationships through regular updates and meetings. The role includes monitoring industry trends, compiling research to inform strategies, and contributing ideas for creative campaigns that drive ticket sales and brand awareness. The Account Executive will work closely with senior team members to ensure timely execution of tasks, accurate administration, and smooth campaign delivery.

  • Experience in PR, communications, or marketing, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft press releases, pitches, and client reports clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in media relations, including building and maintaining journalist, influencer, and partner contacts.
  • Ability to support event and activation logistics, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with data and analytics to track coverage, measure campaign performance, and prepare concise summaries for clients.
  • Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small, agile team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends relevant to lifestyle and immersive experience brands.
  • Motivation to learn, curiosity about the experiential and entertainment industry, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Degree or equivalent experience in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
