Eat PR is a specialist public relations and marketing consultancy dedicated to the food, drink, and hospitality sector. Role Description:

We have vacancies for two full-time Account Executive roles based in Melksham with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing a mix of office and home-based work. As an Account Executive, you will support day-to-day client management, including drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, and monitoring media coverage. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with campaign planning
  • Compiling reports
  • Maintaining media lists
  • Helping manage social media and digital content for clients
  • Liaising with journalists, influencers, and partners
  • Coordinating events, tastings, and activations within the food, drink, and hospitality space

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely delivery of work, consistent client communication, and high-quality outputs across all accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or strong interest in public relations, communications, or marketing, ideally within food, drink, or hospitality.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging copy for media, social, and client materials.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Comfort using digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, basic CMS, media databases, and office productivity software).
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, media contacts, influencers, and internal team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading, reporting, and data entry.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas to campaigns.
  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in PR, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, including foodservice and hospitality.
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings, events, and activations, including outside standard office hours where needed.

Working Pattern and Salary:

These roles are full-time roles (37.5 hours per week), working Monday and Friday from home and Tuesday-Thursday in our office at Avonside Enterprise Park in Melksham, Wiltshire. The salary for this role is £25,000 per year.
