Overview
Raptor exists to bridge the gap between brands and the real lives of young people. We are a multidisciplinary marketing agency operating at the intersection of where youth meets culture.
In today's ever-evolving cultural landscape, young audiences expect more from the companies they engage with. Authenticity is non-negotiable, and brands must speak to youth culture in ways that resonate deeply and authentically. At Raptor, we help our clients navigate this complex landscape by tapping into the real voices and lived experiences of young people around the world.
With a global insight network of over 10,000 young people, we're constantly connected to the evolving youth landscape. This direct access allows us to decode what engages and motivates young audiences, ensuring every campaign we create resonates personally, collectively and culturally. Whether through immersive live experiences, content creation, social-first storytelling, brand partnerships or large-scale sampling campaigns, we design work that meets young people where they are—online, on campus and in real life.
Headquartered in the UK, with teams across Europe and North America, we partner with global, culture-led brands including Tinder, Jägermeister, Samsung, Canon and Deliveroo to create campaigns that drive relevance and long-term impact.
This role will initially be offered on a contract basis, with the opportunity to progress into a longer-term contract or permanent position for the right candidate.
About You
You're a strong communicator who is passionate about people. You know how to build meaningful relationships and have a keen eye for identifying great talent. You're organised, adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments. Whether it's recruiting the perfect brand ambassador or managing logistics and client communications you're always one step ahead.
You understand how digital, social and experiential marketing come together, and you're excited to connect the right people to the right campaigns. You're confident liaising with both clients and talent and have a genuine passion for youth culture and how youth community drives successful marketing outcomes.
As this role will support campaigns across both the UK and Germany, you are fluent in both German and English and have a strong understanding of German student life, university culture and the nuances of studying in Germany. You understand what motivates students, how to engage them authentically, and how campus culture differs across regions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
