Role Description
This full-time Account Executive/Coordinator role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom and is hybrid, with a mix of office-based and work-from-home days. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of medical communications campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, preparing status reports, and coordinating with internal teams such as editorial, design, and digital marketing. The Account Executive/Coordinator will communicate regularly with clients including administrative support, maintaining accurate project documentation, and contributing to process improvements to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing client emails, reports, and presentations.
- Comfort working with digital platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Customer service or account management experience, demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship-building with clients.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and quality in deliverables.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues in person and remotely, and managing time independently.
- Interest in healthcare, medical communications, or professional education for clinicians; prior experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
