Company Description
Farmcare Insurance Services Ltd is an agricultural insurance specialist based in Lichfield Staffordshire. We are an independent broker built upon our reputation and strongly believe in providing personal and friendly customer service. As specialists in agricultural issues, we primarily deal with the farming community and negotiate preferential terms with leading insurers. Our office hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Account Handler to join our team onsite in Lichfield. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, while also handling a variety of tasks, such as resolving queries, preparing quotes, and processing renewals. You will work closely with our clients and underwriters to review risks, provide tailored insurance advice, and ensure client satisfaction. We have a positive working environment, encouraging a strong team bond with mutual support.

Qualifications
- At least 1 years' experience working in a similar customer-facing role, ideally in the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Acturis insurance industry software
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CII) qualification is preferred but not essential as we support further professional development.
