This role sits within Commercial & Strategy of our Accommodation Product & Sourcing Division, reporting into the Senior Account Implementation Manager. As an Account Implementation Specialist at TUI, you'll support the planning and implementation of co-marketing campaigns agreed with Tourist Boards, Hotels & other partners on behalf of a local TUI source market, managing the creation and approval of marketing plans and campaign delivery.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support the creation of marketing proposals which are delivered to partners for approval, selecting campaign items that create compelling proposals within defined budgets.
  • Brief marketing teams on approved campaigns from partners, sharing campaign objectives and timing once marketing campaigns are approved.
  • Take a key role within your area of responsibility in the creative approvals process, signing off assets which include partner requirements and follow TUI brand guidelines.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of all marketing campaigns and manage the production of supporting campaign evidence and results packs.
  • Support delivery of partner campaigns within your area of remit, contributing to campaign activity amongst approximately 120 partners across the group.

ABOUT YOU

  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders both internal and external to TUI Group.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to determine key priorities in a busy environment.
  • Demonstrate commercial aptitude with an analytical mindset and a comfort level with data.
  • Have good attention to detail and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • You are methodical, work well under pressure, and can adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Show qualities of an independent self-starter with good knowledge of the TUI Group portfolio of products and destinations (previous experience in a marketing, sales, or commercial role preferred but not essential).
