We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level professional to join a thriving Digital Media team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supercharging sales efforts by conducting essential research, meticulously managing data, and driving crucial lead generation initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on contacts within target accounts using online resources such as LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo.
- Identify key decision-makers and personas within accounts to support sales and marketing targeting efforts.
- Find relevant company information for accounts, including industry, number of employees, and turnover.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and utilize CRM tools to input gathered research and contact information.
- Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and outreach (Google, company websites).
- Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting and connecting with potential customers, and assist with building and maintaining targeted prospect lists.
- Build intelligence for the sales team and provide administrative support as needed.
- Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns and learn to utilize ZoomInfo to gain customer contact information.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and assist in initial outreach via email or phone.

- Fluent German speaking and writing skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo.
