Account Manager

Major Players are partnering with one of the world's fastest growing independent experiential and youth marketing agencies to recruit for an Account Manager. This is a hands-on account management role covering a varied client roster. You'll be mainly office-based, with regular time out at campus activations, live events, shoots and roadshows. You'll report to the Senior Account Manager / Account Director and manage a team of three Account Executives, acting as the link between client and agency.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships, supporting some accounts and leading others.
  • Deliver campaigns to a high standard while keeping accounts profitable and growing.
  • Manage, develop and appraise your team, and keep leadership updated on how they're doing.
  • Find and drive opportunities to grow accounts alongside your line manager.
  • Help with pitches and new briefs through research, brainstorms and proposal writing.
  • Present to clients, from pitches and proactive ideas to regular reports and campaign evaluations.
  • Track spend, reconcile budgets and keep billing and payments on schedule.
  • Share campaign highlights internally to showcase the agency's work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
