Job Description

The Role

As an Account Management Assistant within the ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme, you'll play an important role in supporting one of ASOS's key growth functions. Partner Fulfilment enables brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers, helping us expand product choice, improve size availability and deliver a better customer experience.

Working closely with Account Managers, Partner Brands and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure products are launched successfully, trading performance is optimised and brands are set up for success on ASOS.com. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in account management, ecommerce, buying, merchandising or commercial trading within a fast-paced fashion business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Account Managers in building strong and productive relationships with Partner Brands, helping to drive engagement, growth and trading performance.
  • Monitor product onboarding activities, ensuring products are launched accurately and on time in line with agreed partner deadlines.
  • Use reporting and dashboards to track onboarding progress, identify risks or delays and help resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Review product presentation on site, ensuring imagery, product copy, titles and attributes meet ASOS standards and deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Work closely with Partner Brands to provide feedback and support any required updates or improvements.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Trade and Commercial Operations teams to ensure alignment on product, trading and commercial priorities.
  • Support weekly trade reviews by analysing sales performance, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities for growth.
  • Help turn trading insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate product and account records, ensuring data is up to date and reflects the latest business activity.
  • Support the successful delivery of product launches, seasonal initiatives and key commercial projects across the Partner Fulfilment programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
