Account Management Co-ordinator
Location: Remote, United Kingdom Contract Type: Permanent, full time.
We’re looking for a commercially minded Account Management Coordinator to join a growing pharmaceutical sourcing team, playing a key role in supporting the Account Management and CTS functions across the delivery of pharmaceutical projects and customer orders.
The role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the pharmaceutical supply, sourcing and procurement space, while gaining exposure to customers, suppliers, products and global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately and on time.
- Supporting the Account Management team across projects and customer requirements
- Supporting global sourcing and supply strategies
- Identifying and developing new sourcing opportunities and procurement networks
- Building knowledge of pharmaceutical products, suppliers, customers, supply chains and markets
- Sourcing and procuring competitively priced pharmaceutical products
- Supporting the efficient fulfilment of customer orders while maintaining quality and compliance
- Assisting with administrative, research and business improvement projects
- Working within relevant GDP, SOP, quality, licensing and regulatory requirements
