Account Management Executive

Location: Lewes

Shift: 40hrs per week Monday – Friday, starting between 0700-0900 and finishing between 1530-1730

Salary: Competitive salary

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused Account Management Executive to join a growing team and play a key role in building long-term customer partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer success, sales, or customer support who wants to develop commercially and take ownership of a portfolio of B2B accounts.

The Role

You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of customers, making sure they receive an excellent level of service while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow each relationship.

You’ll:

  • Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts.
  • Manage customer queries and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Run regular account reviews and customer check-ins.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts early.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the wider sales team to convert them.
  • Support renewals and manage upcoming contract and warranty activity.
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for key accounts.
  • Keep account information, activity, and opportunities accurate and up to date.
  • Bring valuable customer and market insight back into the wider business.
  • Represent the business at customer visits and relevant industry events.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys working with customers and building trusted relationships. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as account management, customer success, sales, or support.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how account management drives growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Confidence using CRM, account management, or ticketing systems.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • A willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international travel.
