At Arcus FM, we're continuing to grow and are always keen to hear from high-calibre facilities management professionals who can make a real impact for our clients.

We're building a talent pipeline of experienced Account Managers and Account Directors to support future growth across our national client portfolio. Whether you're an established Account Manager ready for your next challenge, or an Account Director leading complex, multi-site FM contracts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of facilities management services across multi-site portfolios.

Depending on your experience and level, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing strategic client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Delivering operational performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Leading and developing high-performing operational teams.
  • Managing financial performance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement, growth and innovation.
  • Driving compliance, governance, health & safety and quality standards.
  • Creating and delivering account strategies that support long-term client success.
  • Supporting business growth through opportunity development and account expansion.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience managing facilities management, maintenance or engineering services within large, multi-site environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of contract performance.
  • Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • A track record of leading operational teams and delivering results through others.
  • Knowledge of KPIs, service delivery, compliance and contractor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
  • A passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
