The Role:
As a Customer Account Manager, you will sell the company's complete range of tax technology solutions and services to existing customers across the EMEA region. You will manage a pipeline of cross-sell and upsell opportunities within a set of existing accounts, working to achieve and exceed monthly booking goals. You will establish and grow professional relationships at all levels up to executive, build lead generation campaigns, and use networking opportunities to increase sales with existing ecommerce, retail and software clients requiring tax or cross-border compliance solutions. You will deliver engaging sales presentations and webinars, negotiate contracts and pricing, and collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role is hybrid – 1-2 days per week from the London office.

The Candidate:
You will have 4+ years of experience in B2B selling of managed services, SaaS software or VAT-related services with a proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role. Knowledge of indirect tax or VAT is required. You will have experience establishing communication and engagement with customers, coordinating efforts across accounts, and balancing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. Territory and account planning discipline is essential. Specialised knowledge of the retail, software, logistics, finance, accounting or tax industries is a distinct advantage. You should be comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflows and be curious about how AI can drive efficiency and results.
