Account Manager | Influencer Agency | Fully Remote (UK) | £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is a fast-growing, fully remote influencer marketing agency delivering campaigns for global brands across beauty, tech, and e-commerce sectors. As they enter a new growth phase, they're looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and drive genuine, measurable growth, not just deliver campaigns, but build the kind of trust that turns clients into long-term, expanding partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, leading key meetings and relationships
  • Proactively identify and drive upsell, renewal, and account expansion opportunities
  • Step in to solve problems directly, from content quality concerns to campaign roadblocks - rather than just flagging them
  • Partner closely with campaign delivery teams to keep execution on track and clients satisfied
  • Monitor account health, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across your portfolio
  • Build genuinely consultative relationships that go beyond project management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
