Roxhill Media

Roxhill Media is the UK’s leading media intelligence provider for PR and communications professionals. Launched in 2013 by Alex Northcott (founder of Gorkana), Roxhill blends an award-winning media database with real-time intelligence, powerful analytics, and topic-led search tools to help teams find, reach, and monitor the right journalists, outlets, and stories.

What Roxhill Offers

  • Media Database & Journalist Profiles: Access to a rich, up-to-date database of UK and international journalists, bloggers, broadcasters, and podcasters. Profiles include biographies, coverage history, contact details, live social media activity, and areas of specialisation.
  • Monitoring & Analytics: Roxhill provides dedicated tools to track companies’ media coverage in one platform. Users can monitor mentions over time, by outlet, journalist or topic, benchmark performance, and download branded reports.
  • Media Insights: Roxhill has a team that can craft bespoke reputation and evaluation reports based on the media coverage generated.
  • Journalist Events: Beyond software, Roxhill also runs webinars, guides (e.g. how to pitch in different sectors), journalist interviews, and training events to help users sharpen their media strategy.

Why Roxhill Stands Out

  • Focus on accuracy, richness of data, and client service.
  • Integrated tools for monitoring, outreach, and analysis help teams work more efficiently and show impact from strategy through to results.

We’re hiring within our Account Management team with a key focus on our growing monitoring business. We’re looking for an ambitious person(s) who is passionate about offering a high level of personal support to ensure our clients get the most value out of all Roxhill services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
