POSITION: Account Manager
LOCATION: H Beauty, Chester
HOURS: Part-time, (0.8 FTE)
MISSION
As an Account Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in fragrance and storytelling. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Luxury Brand Ambassadors to achieve their sales targets.
By leading and coaching your Team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will always demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian.

Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
SALES
- Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Manager, sharing with the team in a motivational and achievable manner.
- Pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach your team to ensure the team achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Be aware of your KPI’s.
- Gain a great awareness of new launches, promotional activity, general business trends within the luxury fragrance department and potential business opportunities for Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand. Feedback to the Area Manager on a timely basis.
SERVICE
- Leading a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors in-store to ensure they embrace their roles with dedication, commitment, and passion providing high levels of service to customer.
- Liaise with our Retail Trainer to ensure the team participate in the relevant training courses to provide a consistent customer service aligned to global guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable on all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and be able to propose fragrance recommendations.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Ensure the standard of service is consistent and of Maison Francis Kurkdjian standard.

MANAGEMENT
- Develop the team to provide business continuity and people development; manage people matters. Ensure the team are educated in how to use the on-counter technology to further support the business.
- Ensuring the counters are immaculate, well-merchandised in line with merchandising guidelines and truly reflective of the brand.
- Ensure the team always adhere to the Grooming Guidelines and act in a professional, positive, and exemplary manner.
- Manage efficient processes of stock replenishment, unpacking stock deliveries, stock taking, recording/summarising sales figures, stock damages, till procedures.
- Administration related to the management of the account including sales analysis.
- Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are complete and to the best of your ability.
GENERAL
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders including the host store management and LVMH Head Office to ensure best support to manage your counter and team.
- Adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

Talent Acquisition: Identify and interview for vacancies within the team to shortlist stage for final interview by Area Sales Manager. Provide support on Store Approval processes. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to conduct probationary reviews, employee appraisals and general performance feedback sessions.
