This role is based full time (5 days a week) in our office in Oval.

£45,000 - £50,000 OTE

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help us deliver our next stage of growth. Sitting within Goalhanger’s Commercial team, the Account Manager – Client Projects will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of branded content partnerships and advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth project delivery across audio, video, and social platforms. You’ll act as a key client contact, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and seamless campaign delivery.
  • Oversee the delivery of branded content partnerships and advertising campaigns across audio, video and social, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage relationships with show teams, producers and other internal teams, coordinating workflows, production schedules and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate project plans and campaign trackers, keeping multiple campaigns on track and proactively addressing any issues or delays.
  • Lead the production of post-campaign reports, bringing together key insights across impressions, audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign results and turn data into clear insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the commercial team to identify opportunities for account growth, renewals and future partnerships.
  • Contribute to campaign post-mortems, identifying learnings and opportunities to improve future activations.
  • Support budget tracking, invoicing and financial reconciliation across your accounts.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in an account management or project delivery role, ideally delivering branded content partnerships or advertising campaigns within media, content or a creative agency.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the confidence to manage day-to-day client relationships and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines at once.
  • Experience working across digital, social, audio and/or video content, with an understanding of how campaigns are delivered across different platforms.
  • An understanding of campaign performance and key metrics, with the ability to turn results into meaningful insights.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable but not essential: familiarity with podcast advertising, ad-serving platforms such as Megaphone, impression tracking and campaign reporting.
