A vibrant, food-led operation bringing together hospitality, a Brasserie and a high-quality staff dining restaurant is looking for a brand-new Account Manager.
This is a flagship account, playing an important role within the wider business and regularly hosting senior stakeholder visits. We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced leader to take ownership of this high-profile site, make their mark and drive an exceptional food and guest experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to lead a strong team, influence the operation and play a key role in an important contract!
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a team of circa 35 people, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Drive an exceptional food and hospitality experience across all dining areas.
- Build strong relationships with the client, understanding their expectations and continually looking for ways to exceed them.
- Take ownership of financial performance, budgets, cost control and commercial opportunities within a cost-plus environment.
- Champion food quality, creativity and consistency across all areas of the operation.
- Develop and maintain high standards across service, presentation, food safety and compliance.
- Work closely with culinary and front-of-house teams to continually evolve the offer and keep the operation exciting and relevant.
- Use customer and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Play an active role in developing the wider team and supporting succession and talent development.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine foodie with strong hospitality instincts who understands that great service is just as important as great food.
- A natural leader who can bring energy, personality and confidence to the team.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of budgets, costs and financial performance.
- A confident communicator who can build credible relationships with senior clients.
- A strong communicator with excellent people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate others where needed.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple areas of a complex operation.
