This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the production and delivery of in-store Point of Sale (POS) for the M&S account. The Account Manager works directly with the M&S marketing team and is responsible for keeping all campaigns within budget and on time. This role requires commitment, resilience, and a keen focus on project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving briefs from the Account Director or directly from the client (M&S Marketing) and clearly communicating timelines, creative templates that will be followed, and costings.
  • Linking all briefs back to the M&S planning managers and managing the relationships between M&S Marketing and Planning teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and artwork can be approved in good time.
  • Leading pre-production meetings for your business unit per campaign (prior to briefing artwork) to ensure M&S marketing have given a clear finalized artwork brief.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
