PR Real Estate Account Manager
Location: London (hybrid working, 2-3 days in office)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Reporting to: Senior Vice President & Associate Director

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Real Estate Account Manager. This role involves managing client relationships, developing PR strategies, and securing high-quality media coverage. The ideal candidate must have an existing network of media contacts in the design and real estate sectors.
Public Relations & Influencer Relations
- Develop and maintain press and influencer contacts through frequent communication and face-to-face meetings
- Familiarise yourself with target media and influencers and identify potential client and press opportunities with your team
- Oversee maintenance of media and influencer databases, including researching and utilising company databases and existing lists to ensure lists are accurate and up-to-date
- Meet KPIs set by manager for meetings with journalists, influencers, brands or industry contacts every month
- Write good quality and grammatically correct press releases, pitches, strategies and new business proposals with excellent attention to detail for sign-off by Account Director
- Manage bigger client projects successfully, hitting KPIs and objectives set, and show strong campaign management skills
- Research forthcoming features by regular proactive contact with the media and influencers
- Develop and monitor awards list and share regular updates on deadlines and announcements
- Regularly read relevant publications and familiarise with slots and opportunities
- Identify trends, creative feature angles and orchestrate brainstorms
- Maintain a strong personal network of contacts within various industries relevant to Bacchus client sectors

Client Management & Relations
- Be client facing and establish good client relations through regular contact
- Meet clients regularly, as required
- Support the Account Director with the management of delivering all materials required for meetings including agendas, reports, minutes etc.
- Ensure reports are at a finished standard ready for review in good time to be sent on the last day of every month
- Ensure each client receives sufficient time and attention to achieve the required results defined by your Account Director / team lead
- Approve coverage emails written by AA/AEs and ensure they are sent to the client in a timely manner
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients (with the support of your Account Director)
- Lead client meetings with the support of your Account Director / Senior Account Manager
- Secure sufficient coverage every month for each client, according to individual KPIs set out by your Account Director
- Showcase strong campaign budget management
- Be of a suitable level of experience to handle client calls/meetings by yourself when required
- Develop problem-solving skills and issue resolution
Team Management
- Communicate effectively and transparently with your Account Director
- Meet regularly with your Account Director to assist in planning strategy, discuss opportunities, and relay achievements and raise any team/client issue
- Ensure members of your team meet company and client deadlines and highlight any issues in achieving these with your Account Director
- Meet regularly with your respective account team
- Organise yourself effectively to meet team and client deadlines
- Lead team meetings and monitor the delivery of KPIs. Assist the Senior Account Manager in maintaining and updating TDL lists alongside junior team members
- Monitor and assess junior team members’ performance and feedback to your Account Director - upskilling the team where appropriate
- Effectively delegate appropriate tasks to junior team members
- Motivate and empower your team and demonstrate initial leadership skills

New Business
- Effective research and contribution to new business presentations, partnership decks and client strategies
- Contribute to proposals and/or creative presentations to be approved by your Account Director
- Develop pitch presentation experience
General
- Implement company practices and develop and maintain systems
- Attain and maintain the requisite IT skills to efficiently utilise the company’s office hardware and software packages
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and systems, as set out in the company handbook
- Review publications and report relevant articles to the team
- Maintain an awareness of social media and deliver regular content for the company's social media accounts
- Conduct yourself in an appropriate professional and mature manner at all times; within the office, in front of the client and at any point when you are representing Bacchus
- Read widely - target, general and social media to widen knowledge of the new agenda, cultural affairs, events and articles of interest to Bacchus client sectors
- Provide support across teams within the agency including attending brainstorms
- Oversee sign-off of weekly Internal updates each Monday for the company
- Attend and support at client events across the agency & industry events
