Account Manager - IT Managed Services
Location: London or Thames Valley
Are you an experienced Account Manager from an IT Managed Services background?
We're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who understands the Managed Services landscape and knows how to develop long-term customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver real value through technology solutions.
This isn't a role for someone looking to learn the MSP sector from scratch. To hit the ground running, you'll already have experience managing IT services customers, understanding recurring revenue models, and working closely with technical teams to recommend solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of developing customer accounts, focusing on nurturing relationships, increasing customer engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand our service offering. Your goal will be to grow these accounts into strategic, high-value customers through trusted advice and exceptional account management.
Working closely with internal technical, service delivery, and commercial teams, you'll become a key point of contact for your customers and play a vital role in driving revenue growth across the region.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
