Account Manager Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a thriving fashion company.
The Account Manager will work on higher-end high street accounts and will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle.
Account Manager – Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and build strong relationships
- Attend regular customer meetings, present ranges and work to customer briefs
- Take ownership of the critical path, ensuring all stages from development through to delivery are met on time
- Carry out extensive trend and market research and develop this into trend and mood boards
- Manage communication with Far East suppliers, including sending comments, chasing samples, and monitoring deliveries
- Track samples, approvals, lab dips, strike-offs, and submissions, maintaining accurate records throughout
- Proactively identify and resolve any production or delivery issues, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed

- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both customers and suppliers
- Previous experience in a similar role
