Account Manager
A commercially focused business is expanding its client-facing team and is looking for an Account Manager who can build strong relationships, understand client needs and turn those relationships into sustainable revenue. This is a role for someone who combines strong communication with a genuine commercial mindset.
Location: Central London, hybrid

Role Overview
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and develop relationships with medium to large enterprise clients
- Become a trusted point of contact for key customers, understanding their objectives and commercial priorities
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products, services or solutions
- Take ownership of commercial conversations, proposals and negotiations
- Build a strong understanding of each client's business and identify areas where further value can be delivered
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of account growth and expansion opportunities
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service and commercial delivery
- Track account performance, activity and revenue against agreed targets
- Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
- Use a structured, commercially focused approach to account development and revenue growth

Main Skills Needed
- Proven B2B account management or client-facing sales experience
- Experience working with medium to large enterprise clients
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
- Confident negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
- Able to demonstrate measurable commercial results, including revenue, deal size or account growth
- Stable career history with evidence of sustained performance
- Fluent, client-ready English
