Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom, responsible for managing and developing client accounts across Omnia Resourcing’s specialist sectors. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and coordinating end-to-end staffing solutions. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing job briefs, liaising with internal recruitment teams, and ensuring high-quality candidate submissions and service delivery. The Account Manager will monitor account performance, handle queries or issues, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. This position also requires attending client meetings on-site, supporting contract negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement of client satisfaction and retention.

- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and act as a reliable point of contact.
- Account management and business development skills, such as managing multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting contract discussions.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present information to clients and colleagues.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret client needs, review performance data, and propose effective recruitment and resourcing solutions.
- Experience in recruitment, or a operational leader role - Team Leader, Shift Manager, Stock Controller, QA.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in the United Kingdom, with readiness to attend client visits and collaborate closely with local teams.
- Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge in Business, Human Resources, and client management.
