New Business Account Manager – Managed Print / Telecoms & UC
📍 London / Greater London
💰 £50,000+ base | £125,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
🚗 £5,000 Car Allowance
🚀 High-growth, new-business sales opportunity
If you're a proven new business hunter in either Managed Print or Telecoms / Unified Communications and want a role where your earning potential genuinely reflects your performance, this is worth a conversation.
I'm partnering with an established, rapidly growing UK Managed Services Provider with 25+ years in the market and over 130 employees.
They're continuing to invest heavily in growth and are now hiring multiple New Business Account Managers across two specialist divisions:
- Managed Print
- Telecoms & Unified Communications
This is not an account management role disguised as sales.
You'll be joining to win new logos, build your own customer base and directly contribute to the next stage of the company's growth.
The opportunity
You'll target businesses across the 20–200 employee market, owning the sales process from initial prospecting through to close.
Once you've won the customer, you'll continue to own and develop the relationship — giving you the opportunity to build a valuable account base rather than constantly handing business away after the deal closes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll have the freedom to generate opportunities through your own network and outbound activity while also working with marketing-generated leads.
You'll be:
- Prospecting and opening new accounts across London and Greater London
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Running consultative sales conversations to understand genuine business challenges
- Designing commercial and technical solutions around those needs
- Taking opportunities from first conversation through to close
- Winning, retaining and growing the customers you bring into the business
💰 The package
- £50,000+ basic salary, depending on experience
- £125,000 OTE
- Uncapped commission
- £5,000 annual car allowance
Plus:
- Private healthcare
- Life assurance
- Birthday leave
- Company events
- Employee assistance programme
- Additional company benefits
For a strong new-business salesperson, there is significant scope to outperform the OTE rather than being limited by a commission ceiling.

What matters most

Someone commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and comfortable creating their own opportunities.
You'll enjoy getting in front of customers, engaging senior stakeholders and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where high performance is rewarded financially.
You'll also need to be based in or around London / Greater London, hold a full UK driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
