About us
Refresh Debt is an FCA-authorised debt management company based in Warrenpoint. For 18 years we've helped people across the UK deal with their debts, and our clients have repaid over £21 million through us. We're rated 5 stars on Trustpilot from nearly 1,000 reviews.
The business has grown significantly over the last year, and we're now looking for a Client Account Manager to join our office team.
The role
This role supports the day-to-day running of our client accounts. Initially you will focus on administration, client contact and supporting the advice team. With training and experience, you'll progress to managing your own portfolio of clients.
Many of our clients come to us at a difficult time. You'll be supporting people through their debt plan and helping them work towards becoming debt-free, so it's a role where your work makes a real difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
