Account Manager - Marketing Agency

We're working exclusively with a leading integrated marketing agency based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. With a focus on creativity, strategic thinking, and results-driven campaigns, the team pride themselves on delivering exceptional marketing solutions for their clients in the automotive sector.

They're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving client success and spearheading impactful b2b (fleet) campaigns that help shape the future of automotive marketing. You'll work in a rapidly expanding team on some of the biggest brands in the world.

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience or more in a marketing agency environment, or client side within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and industry trends.
  • Oversee the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and events, to drive engagement, leads, and ultimately sales.
  • Work closely with the various internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for client growth and innovation.

Ideal qualifications:

  • 3 years' + experience in account management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing accounts and delivering results-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Some experience of managing budgets and project management generally
