What’s The Job?
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual who can build long-lasting relationships looking to move into a rewarding company within the exciting world of digital apprenticeships?
At Baltic Apprenticeships, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. You might come from a recruitment, sales, or customer service background.
You will join our SME Account Management Team, which means you will work with SME organizations to help them identify skill gaps and grow their teams. Your main responsibility is to generate new sales within your assigned client accounts. This includes creating new opportunities where we currently have apprentices, cross-selling apprenticeships into new departments, and discussing progressing current learners on the program onto higher-level apprenticeships. Similarly, you will discuss using our apprenticeships to develop existing staff within your accounts.
You will be on hand to support the employer while their learner is on-program with us. So, you will work collaboratively with our team of Coaches to support with action plans and resolve any concerns they may have.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
