Account Manager | Advertising Agency
£35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
4 days per week in the office which is easily accessible from London, Herts, Beds or Bucks

We're recruiting for a multi award winning advertising agency who have grown massively in the past few years. Now employing a talented team of 75 people, they work with clients in Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services. They have an excellent reputation for their work, but more importantly, they regularly win awards for how they train and develop their people.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as the link between stakeholders and specialist teams across media, performance, strategy, creative, content and analytics.
It's a varied role covering integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and paid media. You'll be responsible for keeping campaigns and projects on track, managing budgets and timelines, reviewing performance and making sure clients receive a consistently high level of service.

You'll be involved in:
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and leading meetings and campaign reviews
- Taking campaigns from brief through to delivery, reporting and optimisation
- Coordinating creative, media, performance, content and strategy teams
- Managing budgets, timelines, estimates, invoicing and forecasting
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Turning campaign data into clear recommendations for clients
- Producing strong creative, media and campaign briefs
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Supporting strategic reviews and new business pitches
What you will need:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a media, digital, advertising or integrated marketing agency.
- Ideally someone who has:
- Experience managing clients and integrated campaigns
- A good understanding of paid media and digital marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360 or TikTok
- The confidence to question campaign performance and work with specialists to improve it
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive approach and genuine ownership of their work
