Account Manager – 3D and 2D Print & POS
£32,500 - £37,000 (+ excellent bens and some travel expenses)
Hybrid – Northampton / Wimbledon
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to help bring great creative ideas to life across retail 2D print and 3D POS, working on a portfolio of some of the world’s best known beauty, haircare and retail brands.
This is a hands-on Account Management role, combining client relationship building and management of the day-to-day delivery of projects from brief through the studio and into the production team before final execution. You’ll work closely with clients, design and artwork studio teams and production, making sure projects are well briefed, creatively strong, on budget and delivered to deadline.
The work is roughly an even split of 2D print and 3D POS. So you will work on everything from in-store posters, booklets, window graphics, stickers and leaflets, through to shippers, counter units, shelf displays and FSDUs. Projects can range from smaller print jobs through to larger POS campaigns, so can be very fast paced with quick turnarounds to potentially taking several months from initial brief to delivery. Projects will be delivered to a wide range of retail environments, from salons and premium retailers, through to major supermarkets and wholesalers. With a large portfolio of brands and multiple client stakeholders, there’s plenty of variety, and you’ll play a key role in helping clients as you take clear creative briefs and deliver high quality creative solutions whilst using your knowledge of retail marketing design and production.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
