Account Manager

Independent AdTech Scale-Up | London

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, independent ad tech business that's pioneering how brands advertise on YouTube. Their technology connects advertisers with professionally produced, high-value YouTube content that has the look, feel and effectiveness of TV, no user-generated content, just channels and shows audiences already know and trust. They work with some of the world's biggest brands, broadcasters, production houses and media agencies, and the culture reflects the stage they're at: flat, fast-paced, and built on the principle that the right person matters more than the perfect CV.

About the Role

This Account Manager role has two horizons. Short term, it's about flawless campaign delivery, reporting and post-campaign analysis. Longer term, it's about building the kind of client relationships that drive repeat business and grow accounts. You'll work hand in hand with the trading and sales teams and act as the voice of the client inside the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
