Account Manager

πŸ“ London (UK)

About MCL Finance

Since 2018, we've helped over 2,000 SMEs across the UK and UAE access the capital they need to grow: fast, clear, and with care. We believe finance should work better for the people building our economy: fewer hurdles, faster answers, and support that actually feels human. We back ambition with real funding and smart tools, backed by a team that gets what running a business takes. Our model puts people over paperwork β€” we work with brokers and business owners to deliver funding that fits, without the faff.

🎯 Our Mission

To reshape SME finance and level the playing field for good β€” giving ambitious businesses the fast, fair funding they need to build what's next.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to own the deal onboarding process from contract to funding. You'll prepare and send customer contracts, set up direct debit mandates, and onboard deals into our systems β€” making sure what's on the contract matches exactly what's on file, and that every pre-funding requirement is complete and correct. Precision here matters: a single mistake can throw off reporting or create a compliance issue, so this role carries real ownership over data accuracy and process integrity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
