The Role
As Field Account Manager, you will take responsibility for a well-established territory covering Scotland.
You'll inherit an existing portfolio of loyal customers and focus primarily on developing and retaining these accounts, identifying opportunities to increase spend and broaden product penetration across the range.
Working with retailers, interior designers, commercial customers and procurement professionals, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service while maximising revenue opportunities.

This is a relationship-led role where the emphasis is on account development, customer retention and long-term partnership building, with a smaller element of new business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an established customer portfolio across Scotland
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to grow customer spend across the product range
- Conduct regular customer visits and territory reviews
- Deliver product demonstrations and showcase new ranges
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Identify and convert selected new business opportunities within the territory
- Achieve and exceed sales and growth objectives
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused sales professional who enjoys managing customer relationships and developing business over the long term.
Essential Requirements
- Proven B2B field sales experience
- Experience selling physical products into a commercial environment
- Strong territory management and account development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
- Comfortable managing a large geographical territory
- Full UK Driving Licence

Highly Desirable
- Experience within FMCG, homewares, interiors, construction products or related sectors
- Experience dealing with retailers, distributors, interior designers or procurement teams
