Territory Sales Manager
North East | Cumbria | Central Scotland
£40,000-£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Benefits
Are you a relationship-driven field sales professional who enjoys developing existing customers and uncovering growth opportunities?
We're recruiting for a market-leading supplier of commercial, industrial and workplace solutions, looking to appoint a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of multi-site customers across the North East, Cumbria and Central Scotland.
The Opportunity
This is a field-based account management role where you'll inherit an established customer base and focus on increasing spend, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities across a broad range of workplace equipment and material handling solutions.

You'll engage with key decision-makers including Procurement, Facilities, Supply Chain, HSE and Maintenance teams, taking a consultative approach to understand their needs and become a trusted commercial partner.
With approximately 20 customer visits per week, you'll work closely with the internal sales team to maximise customer engagement, promote new product ranges and increase share of wallet across your territory.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B field sales experience
- Strong account management and customer development skills
- Consultative and value-led sales approach
- Comfortable managing a large geographical territory
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Full UK driving licence

Package
- £40,000-£45,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Typical earnings enhancement of 10%, with accelerators up to 30%
