ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading creative agency in Manchester, renowned for delivering bold, integrated campaigns for an impressive portfolio of well-known brands. About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Acting as the day-to-day client contact, you'll build strong relationships, coordinate internal teams and oversee project timelines, budgets and communications. You'll also support junior team members and identify opportunities to grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact
- Delivering projects from brief to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
- Leading client communications, meetings and stakeholder management across multiple projects
- Coordinating internal teams and producing clear creative briefs to support delivery
- Managing project finances, forecasting, risk mitigation and identifying account growth opportunities
- Supporting junior team members while contributing to new business initiatives and responsible working practices

You'll be an organised and commercially aware Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities and collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders.
We're Looking For
- 2-4 years' experience within an agency or client-side marketing environment
- Proven experience managing projects independently from brief through to delivery
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial tracking and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
