Role Description

This full-time Account Manager role is based in London or Amsterdam, with a hybrid working arrangement that combines office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality communications projects.

  • Managing project timelines and budgets
  • Preparing briefs and status reports
  • Aligning internal teams and external partners on objectives and deliverables
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Supporting new business proposals and presentations
  • Helping translate sustainability and innovation concepts into clear, compelling messaging that reflects Eco Age’s values

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client service, or project coordination within communications, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and build trusted relationships.
  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, sustainability, fashion, beauty, or corporate responsibility and the ability to engage with these topics thoughtfully.
  • Confidence working in hybrid teams, using collaboration tools, and operating both independently and as part of a cross-functional group.
  • Relevant academic background or equivalent practical experience in communications, marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with reporting, basic data analysis, or campaign performance tracking is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in an agency or consultancy setting, particularly within the London market, is beneficial but not required.
