The next stage of growth is focused on proactively expanding existing relationships across new teams, departments, products and international markets.

About the role
- Take ownership of every customer relationship once the initial deal has closed.
- Manage a customer portfolio worth approximately £1 million, with an annual expansion target of around 10%.
- Uncover growth opportunities across additional teams, departments, regions, products, use cases and pricing tiers.
- Turn single-team customers into wider strategic accounts by building relationships with champions, decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Own the full renewal process and make sure there are no last-minute surprises.
- Monitor product usage, support activity and stakeholder changes to identify risks and opportunities early.
- Lead commercial conversations around upgrades, expansion, pricing and packaging.
- Work closely with sales, support, product and engineering to give customers a seamless experience.
- Build the structure, processes and reporting needed to create the company’s post-sale playbook from scratch.
- Become the internal voice of the customer and make sure feedback reaches the right teams.

Your previous experience
- Experience in a commercially focused Account Manager, Customer Success or post-sale growth role within B2B SaaS.
- A proven ability to retain customers while generating expansion revenue.
- Comfortable proactively contacting customers rather than waiting for renewal dates or incoming requests.
- Strong at identifying untapped opportunities within complex or multi-department organisations.
- Confident discussing pricing, packaging, contracts and commercial negotiations.
- Able to build trusted relationships with technical users, senior decision-makers and commercial stakeholders.
- Curious enough to understand a technical product and hold credible conversations with product, engineering or QA teams.
- Experience within APIs, developer tools, infrastructure, software testing or QA technology would be advantageous.
- Experience helping to build or improve an account management function would also be valuable.

Package
- £50,000 to £60,000 base salary DOE.
- Double OTE
- Variable earnings are focused on growing existing customer accounts.
