Job Description

The Account Manager will act as a key point of contact for assigned clients, developing a strong understanding of their objectives, priorities and evolving business needs.

The role combines relationship management with a commercial and analytical approach. The successful candidate will monitor account performance, coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requirements and identify opportunities to improve retention and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts and maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders.
  • Developing a detailed understanding of clients' objectives, requirements and business priorities.
  • Monitoring account performance, engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand existing client relationships.
  • Supporting client retention and contract renewal activities.
  • Preparing account reviews, performance updates and presentations for clients.
  • Handling client queries and coordinating the resolution of operational issues.
  • Maintaining accurate account information and activity records within CRM systems.
  • Providing internal teams with client feedback and insights to support service improvements.

  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, B2B customer service or another client-facing environment is preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into practical actions
  • Confidence in managing client meetings and professional business communications
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of customer retention principles
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
  • Ability to interpret basic account performance data and KPIs
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent business tools
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues
  • Excellent written and spoken English
