Return Fundraising

Return Fundraising works with charities of all sizes to deliver effective, supporter-led fundraising campaigns. Our clients include some of the UK’s best-known charitable organisations, alongside smaller charities working across a wide range of causes.

The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and take ownership of a portfolio of charity clients and fundraising campaigns.

You will lead client relationships and help them to deliver exceptional supporter-led fundraising from initial planning and onboarding through campaign delivery, reporting, and review. You will translate campaign performance into clear, practical advice for clients and coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed objectives.

You will also line-manage and develop an Account Executive, delegating work effectively while maintaining responsibility for the quality and timeliness of client delivery.

This is a varied role combining relationship management, project coordination, campaign strategy, reporting, presenting, and people management. The role includes regular client meetings, hosting events, strategy days, workshops, and therefore requires occasional travel across London, the South East, and elsewhere in the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
