Temp to Perm Account Manager - Recruitment
Salary: £35,000 per year
Location: London / Hybrid (50% office, 50% home)
We have an exciting opportunity to join a female-led recruitment business with a dynamic, passionate team who have worked together for over 25 years across two recruitment companies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships, and wants to develop their career within recruitment while working closely with a highly successful Associate Director.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you will support an Associate Director who manages a busy and diverse temporary recruitment desk, working with a major client that recruits weekly for multiple roles across the UK.
You will receive hands-on training and gain exposure to the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Screening and reviewing CVs
- Candidate vetting and telephone interviewing
- Shortlisting candidates
- Arranging and confirming interviews
- Briefing candidates on roles
- Participating in interviews via Microsoft Teams
- Right to Work and visa checks
- Candidate onboarding
- General recruitment administration

Additional Responsibilities
When this key client is less busy, you will also assist with recruitment for other clients across a variety of industries, placing candidates into a broad range of office support roles, from Reception and HR to Marketing and EA positions.
You will also be involved in:
- Researching and fulfilling temporary bookings
- Managing and maintaining relationships with temporary staff
- Creating candidate profiles
- Writing job adverts and candidate summaries
- Supporting client visits and temporary staff engagement
- Organising initiatives such as “Temp of the Month”
- Developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 12 months’ experience in a recruitment agency environment
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive, driven, and highly organised
- Enjoys building relationships and taking ownership
- Shares our commitment to delivering the best outcome for clients first time
This role suits someone with drive, passion, and ambition who enjoys being busy, building relationships, and taking responsibility. It may not suit someone looking strictly for a 9-to-5 routine.
