About PWH
A website design and development agency working with clients across the UK and Australia, producing data-driven websites through initiative and creative design thinking.
We have an analytical approach to our design. Drawing on data and insights to offer our clients objective design solutions - data + creative thinking.
Running as a solo founder-led agency up until now, this is the first hire that feeds into an ambitious growth strategy as we look to build out a team of in-house Account Managers, Creatives and Developers. The ambition being to continually evolve our client offering, improve delivery efficiencies and strengthen our position in the market.
Our typical client is one who has outgrown their legacy website with their site no longer reflecting their services, product or brand; a CMS that is clunky and difficult to manage; or has been stung with slow response time and high fees from previous agencies.
Our values are embedded into our everyday:
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to the table. Turn up every day and create great work
- Be accountable and take ownership - sweat the details
- Add value through creative thinking - be bold, innovative and brave
- Be honest, disciplined, passionate and invested. Create a point of difference
- Take inspiration from the everyday - digital, fashion, art, architecture, interiors and brand
The output is an approachable agency model that clients trust and respect.
The agency is built on good people doing good work.
About the role
A varied and hybrid role of account handling, project managing, client delivery and supporting with agency growth. The role coincides with an agency / brand refresh which will be live in the coming weeks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
