Company Description

We’ve been shaping brands since 1963, but we’re firmly focused on what’s next. Today, FOUR brings together ambitious thinkers, creatives, strategists and storytellers across design, PR, social media and digital marketing to create work that gets people talking, and delivers results.

We work with brilliant brands, from ambitious regional businesses to major national and international names. Our approach starts with people: understanding what makes audiences tick, what captures their attention and what turns a moment of engagement into a meaningful connection. From there, we combine smart thinking with standout creative to build brands, shape reputations and drive growth.

We’re also an agency where ideas can come from anywhere. Collaboration is a big part of how we work, and our clients see us as an extension of their teams rather than simply another supplier.

And there’s plenty happening. With exciting clients, new opportunities and ambitious plans ahead, it’s a great time to join FOUR, make your mark and be part of what comes next.

Role Description

As an Account Manager at FOUR, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, building strong client relationships, keeping plenty of plates spinning and bringing together the right people from across the agency to deliver brilliant work.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, comfortable juggling different clients, deadlines and projects, and genuinely thrives in the pace and variety of agency life. One minute you might be briefing a creative campaign, the next coordinating a PR opportunity, reviewing social content or getting a client presentation ready to go.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Based in our Norwich office, with flexibility to work from home some days, this is a full-time, hybrid role where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, managing day-to-day communications and making sure projects stay on track, on time and on budget. You’ll write clear, inspiring briefs and work closely with our design, PR, social and digital teams to turn ideas into work that makes an impact.

You’ll keep a close eye on performance too, turning results into clear reports and presentations that demonstrate the difference our work is making. And you’ll always be thinking about what’s next, spotting opportunities to grow accounts, bringing new ideas to the table and helping clients get even more from FOUR.

You’ll work alongside talented people across the agency, with plenty of opportunities to get stuck into different projects, contribute to new business and play a real part in FOUR’s next chapter.

What we’re looking for

You understand how integrated marketing comes together, with experience coordinating projects across areas such as brand, PR, social and digital.

You’re comfortable with both the creative and commercial sides of campaigns, from helping shape plans to tracking performance, interpreting results and turning them into useful insights for clients.

You’re a great communicator, whether you’re chatting through an idea with a client, writing a sharp brief, pulling together a proposal or keeping everyone updated.

You’re a team player who enjoys working closely with creatives, strategists, PR specialists, social teams and digital experts to make great work happen.

You thrive on pace and variety. Agency life can move quickly, so you’ll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, adapting when priorities change and finding solutions when challenges crop up.

Previous agency or marketing experience would be a big plus, as would a good understanding of PR, social media and digital marketing.

You’re happy working in a hybrid way and can regularly join us at our Norwich office.

A background in marketing, communications, business or a related field is useful, but we’re just as interested in the experience, attitude and ideas you can bring to FOUR.
