Role
This role is based with Parking Control Management in Slough on a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on creativity and innovation, delivering tailored, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs.
You should be an ambitious, self-driven professional with a proven history of success in B2B client-facing roles. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet will enable you to navigate and resolve client challenges with ease and efficiency.
As an integral part of the Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in advancing business development efforts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, driving the Group's success during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Retention: formulate and execute effective plans to protect and defend key accounts
- Growth: drive continued sales, improvement, innovation, profitability and growth
- Competition: evaluate our wallet share and ensure it is maximized
- Client champion: proactively support our client's social value initiatives
- Collaboration: partner with your sales colleagues to identify new opportunities
- Visibility: conduct client presentations, site visits and attend offices on a regular basis
- Contract management: build and develop internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLA's and issues communicated in a timely manner

Who You Are
- Have previous experience as an Account Manager, with a solid understanding of client relationship management.
- Have proven success in a B2B customer-facing environment, demonstrating measurable results.
- A passion for tackling new challenges and continually raising the bar to strengthen client relationships.
- Ambitious, forward-thinking, and innovative, with a proactive approach to driving positive change.
- Be available for a 12 month fixed term contract

£30,000 per annum

Hours
40 per week with 1 hour for lunch. Office hours are 9am - 5pm

Slough with hybrid flexibilities

You must be able to legally live and work in the UK without sponsorship
Full UK driving licence required with less than 6 points as this role is subject to the approval of our motor insurance provider, and continued employment is dependent on maintaining eligibility to drive under the company's insurance policy.
