About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager based in London to support relationships with international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands. The role is suited to professionals who understand premium brands, client relationships, international business development, and how long-term partnerships are built across different markets. This position focuses on developing relationships with brand teams, understanding their growth priorities, and supporting opportunities related to market expansion, category development, and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with selected international fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
- Understand brand objectives, commercial priorities, and international growth ambitions.
- Support communication between brand teams and YIBI Hantang’s strategic teams.
- Identify potential opportunities related to China-market expansion and category development.
- Support early-stage discussions around partnerships, collaborations, and market opportunities.
- Build relationships with founders, executives, commercial teams, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide insights into the UK luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle ecosystem.
- Support selected projects from initial opportunity assessment through development.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client services, business development, partnerships, or commercial roles.
- Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand both brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Experience working with international clients or cross-market projects is an advantage.
