Job Title
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts through a consultative, customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies focused on client retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across client organizations, including C-suite executives and business leaders.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts through a land-and-expand approach.
- Partner with cross-functional and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client business objectives and align Visionet's capabilities to address their evolving needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and strengthen Visionet's market position.
- Drive client engagement and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and overall account health.

Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience in the IT services and consulting industry.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, and business development.
- Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling technology services and solutions, including Data, Cloud, Quality Engineering (QA), Digital, and related offerings.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred
- Experience working with global delivery models and offshore teams.
- Strong background in IT services, consulting, and digital transformation engagements.
