About Us
NJ is a rapidly growing clothing brand and merchandising company founded in 2017. We’re a creative, young team that supplies global brands including Pepsi, Aperol, BrewDog and Dominos, the majority of Premier League football clubs as well as F1 teams, music artists, museums, and fashion clients. We also manage our own B2C clothing brand - www.notjustclothing.co.uk, producing official licensed clothing for brands including The Beatles, The Snowman, Marmite, and many more.
We operate a garment factory in central Manchester where we produce many of the products we sell to our clients and through our own brand. We also design and source from a number of partnered factories from all over the globe.
We are extremely excited to offer a new role as an Account Manager to help us continue our rapid growth.

Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist in managing all stages of the sales process for a range of B2B clients, including football clubs, music agencies, promotional agencies, and major brands.
- Order Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial quotation through to order delivery, using our order management system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Account Development: Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts with the objective of nurturing relationships through calls / in-person visits, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing repeat business.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and identify new target clients and industries. Conduct outbound sales campaigns, including drafting and sending bulk outreach communications.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to brief in production requirements and manage timelines to ensure client orders are fulfilled to specification and on schedule.
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales performance against targets, compile regular reports, and provide insights to support the wider sales strategy.

Other Responsibilities:
- Sales Events: Supporting senior members to help effectively conduct trade events and generate new leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, specifically design, ops, & finance to help achieve the overall business objectives.
- Industry Research: Conducting competitor analysis to help inform future business decisions
- LinkedIn: Working with various members of the team to help promote our products and services.
With NJ being a small and fast-growing business, the successful candidate will have more of a varied job role than they would at other larger companies. There will be ample opportunity to learn all elements of the business including Production, Logistics, E-commerce, Marketing & PR, and Customer Service, as well as having a close direct relationship with the directors of the business. We believe this to be a benefit to individuals and it allows them to get involved in all areas of the business giving them a complete overview of NJ and allowing them to really make their mark on the business.

Requirements
Individuals applying for this role must be:
- Able to drive and willing to travel to clients (within the UK)
- Confident with their own ideas and be able to communicate them to the team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage own workload
- Willingness to learn, develop, and keep up to date with technical/product information
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office or Google equivalents
Beneficial experience, but not necessary to apply for this role includes:
- Textiles experience
- Sales experience
- Use of Clarity Go or alternative CRM platforms
- Interest in sports as many of our clients are in this industry
- Previous experience in merchandise
Pay/Benefits
- up to £32,000 + uncapped bonuses
- Full Time, Monday-Friday
- 28 annual leave days p.a.
