Account Manager | Data, AI & Consulting
£80,000 - £120,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid / London | Reporting to the CTO

Are you a relationship-led Account Manager who thrives on growing strategic client accounts, spotting opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders?
We're working with a highly respected data and AI consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to help strengthen and grow its client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys operating independently, influencing senior clients, and helping organisations unlock value from data, analytics and AI.

The Opportunity

We're hiring for two positions:

  • Role 1: Manage and develop a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts, with a clear objective of evolving them into strategic Tier 1 relationships.
  • Role 2: Lead and grow an existing portfolio of large Tier 1 enterprise accounts, expanding relationships and increasing strategic value.

In both roles, you'll own the overall client relationship, working closely with delivery teams and leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
