The Role
As an AM or SAM, you'll join the client services team managing multiple accounts across a roster of consumer brands. You'll be a confident, trusted presence in client meetings, support and guide junior members of the team, and bring broad media contacts alongside a genuine interest in social and influencer activity.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership of their accounts, with the opportunity to grow into a senior client-facing position and help shape both the work and the wider team.
Likely Clients: TBC, but the roster spans FMCG, food and drink, transport, hospitality, health tech, and public sector and charity accounts.
Key Skills
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an agency or brand communications role
- A strong grasp of key media and the changing media landscape, with the doggedness and determination to get coverage
- Active participation in client meetings and an ability to manage the team's tasks
- Strong writing skills, with written work to a high standard
- Strong client handling, becoming the "go-to" person
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- An interest in creativity and a willingness to contribute ideas
- A strong interest in social and influencer work
- Experience managing and coaching junior members of the team
