About The Role

You will be joining a dedicated, experienced London-based PR team in a full-time role.

The job will offer you exposure to a variety of clients, providing an excellent platform to continue your career growth as a comms professional.

You'll be working across multiple client accounts, leading the day-to-day across accounts and taking responsibility for reporting to clients on activity and managing junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Foster supportive and collaborative relationships with junior colleagues, acting as a mentor and providing training as needed
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and PR’s role in achieving them
  • Support senior team members in developing the client’s comms strategy
  • Manage ongoing activities and drive day-to-day results smoothly and efficiently
  • Lead on reporting to and communication with clients
  • Provide counsel and advice on strategy and tactics in conjunction with senior team
  • Lead, plan and manage media relations activities, acting as the ‘engine room’ for ongoing activity
  • Proactively identify and secure the right opportunities for clients
  • Participate in pitches through development of pitch materials and attendance in pitch meetings

About You

A confident go-getter with strong attention to detail and a demonstrable PR background.

  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and digging in, and you take pride in the quality of the work you deliver.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills, are full of ideas, and looking to sink your teeth into a role that promises exposure to inspiring people that are transforming the world.
  • Enthusiastic, inquisitive and eager to learn, and you thrive in a team.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, but are not afraid to ask questions.
  • You are excited about working in a fast-paced environment and having exposure to a wide range of activities and responsibilities from the outset.

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable SAE - AM experience within a B2B PR agency
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client accounts
  • Excellent writing and prioritisation skills are essential for this role
  • A robust knowledge and experience with the UK media and tech journalists
